These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the TurkStore platform and the purchase of products through it. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to be bound by these terms. TurkStore operates as a B2B sourcing and export platform acting on behalf of the buyer as the legal local purchaser and official exporter in Türkiye.
All orders are subject to acceptance by TurkStore. An order is not confirmed until payment has been received in full and TurkStore has issued a written order confirmation. TurkStore reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.
Full payment is required upfront at the time of order placement via Stripe. Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. TurkStore handles supplier payment separately on the buyer's behalf. All payments are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, except as required by applicable law.
Shipping is arranged by TurkStore via DHL or FedEx. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. TurkStore is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, or force majeure events. Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurkStore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the platform or the purchase of products. TurkStore's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the buyer for the order in question.
Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If not resolved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in the buyer's jurisdiction apply.
